Safety electrical certificates, also known as Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR)
What is it and will need one?
-EICR, is necessary because all electrical installations deteriorate due to factors such as damage, wear, tear, corrosion , excessive electrical loading, ageing and environmental influences.

Our advice is: regardless of your property type, for your benefit and safety to ensure an EICR is undertaken, as per the electrician's recommendation and if you haven't had one lately to book yours as soon as possible click here

Fault finding and rectification
This can be very challenging for any electrician, and the fault diagnostic is a 3 step process:
- Identifying the cause
- Remove the fault
- Make good.
For fault diagnosis, we need your full support and honesty to determine the cause as fast as we can, as this could be very time-demanding sometimes.
Your information will help us reduce the area that require inspection and determine the fault easier.
You can avoid such things by ensuring that all electrical work is completed by a competent person, and a Minor work electric certificate is provided after every electric job.
